The beautiful daffodils, planted by my grandpa, are blooming like crazy, but at our house, it's the Swiffers that are coming out.
Mom says we're not cleaning because it's spring. We have out-of-town visitors coming from Minnesota. I'm hoping for Gomer and Opie. Maybe they'll bring more big giant bones! Or maybe my new boxer friend Bugsy is coming to play.
The dust bunnies are not the only victims of the cleaning spree. Dakota and I both got baths. Unfortunately, Dakota's lovely coat does not react well to baths, so now she looks like this.
I am embarassed to be seen with her. My moms assure me that she will be back to normal soon, but I'm not so sure.
Spring cleaning = ugly Dakota + no attention for me. Harumph! Achoo!

Your daffie's look so lovely!!! It's freezing here today with wind chills well below zero and I didn't get my walkie! I think I'm ready for spring!!!
Love ya lots,
Maggie
My dogness Cubby! Dakota does look a bit the worse for wear. Now, without a photograph, we're not sure how good you look after your bath!
I love the daffodils. We don't even have crocus yet up north. Only icy snow.

Poor Dakota. She does look kinda goofy. We hope for her sake that her coat will be back to normal soon. At least you have some pretty flowers to look at!
I hate spring cleaning too. By the way how are those cute pups?
Oh.. those daffodils look really beautiful..
Does Dakota looks better now?

Wow Cubbie, you're lucky! We are still buried in snow and it's freeeeeezing here!
You're gonna meet the handsome Gomey and Opie! Geeze, I'm jealous! I got one of them big bones too, Gomey and Opie are very generous and lovable dogs that way. Wish I could meet them too and you too, but alas I live over here in East Armpit!
Poor Dakota looks so sad with that crazy hair-do! It is still snowing here...I would love to stop and smell the flowers!
Lots of love,
Rosco

Hi Cubby! I wish I could come visit you. I'd pick you a very pretty spring bouquet (by biting the heads off all those delicious looking daffodils). Yummy!!!
