Pet Fair Party

We went to pet fair on Saturday, and had a great time. I tricked the moms into buying me a toy by trying to play with a piece of plastic on the floor. Suckers!

I got to see Darling Dora (she is circled in the picture below). I was talking to her in a loud voice about all my blogger buddies who donated for her surgery, but the moms fussed at me and kept me away from her. My exuberance was lost on them.

I also got to see Fiona. She is a pretty white girl. I didn't talk to her, because she is deaf, and couldn't hear me anyway.

She looks very normal and sweet here, right? She's got a pretty blue eye and everything.

But then she turns into a crazy freak when she gets a belly rub! I think she likes a belly rub more than steak! If her mom stopped rubbing her belly, she would demand more!

How do you like that crazy boxer upside down smile?

I saw lots of other boxers, too. Prissy got adopted - she was a tiny little boxer. Sony was there, too. Remember him? He was just skin and bones when Legacy Boxer Rescue pulled him from the shelter. He could still stand to gain a few pounds, but he was a happy playful boy at the pet fair!

Cubby, I am so happy some boxers found forever homes! I am really happy about Sony after all he was so skinny. I wish we lived in Texas I would have my parents adopt a brother or sister for me.

Maybe Dora :)

Hey Cubby! Fiona looks a lot like Rayna, our new dogneighbor that moved in a couple of doors down from us! Rayna is deaf, too, and her mom talks with her with her hands. Gomer was scared of all the hand movements and showed his teeth, so we didn't get to stay long. But I hope we get to see her again soon, cuz I think she's really pretty!

Aren't boxers the silliest looking critters when they're smiling upside down? Fiona is very cute!
