Saturday was
Legacy Boxer Rescue pet fair day, and mom went without me. Fortunately, the other mom, instead of abandoning me like some people, took me over to Dude's house.
Finally Dude and Trina agreed to pose for a portrait. They're not spoiled or anything. Notice Dude is under the lovely afghan.
Dakota mostly sat around on the monkey grass with Dude's bunny. She loves the monkey grass.
I posed in front of the flowers. I figured if Dude could pose, so could I! I also patrolled the yard thoroughly. It was nice for Dude to get the day off.
Dakota tried to pose, too, but she's such a goony-bird! And she had to keep the bunny close-by.
When we finally got home, I was very sleepy, but mom tried to make up for our abandonment by buying us toys! Dakota got a new Raccy. The old one has been to the ER many times, and he's a little raggedy. It's her fave. She also got a beloved duck. I got a cool Moo-Cow and Puppy Dog.
I was so exhausted, I slept all evening. The moms even had to nudge me off the couch for the midnight walk. I'm glad I'm not a professional guard dog!

We love new toys - our mom has so many she is supposedly going to fix, but we never see them again.
It is easy to see why you were so tired. It is a lot of work to guard the fence. Naps are always in order.
It was nice of you to give Dude the day off. New toys are always good. You deserve as many naps as you would like to take.
Dakota does have a bit of a doofus face in that photo. glad one Mom took you out to have some fun today!

I followed the link off of the DWB homepage and found you. My Mom just absolutely LOVES Boxers. Her parents have a Boxer named Ben and she is absolutely head over heels in love with him. Boxers rule. You must be super sweet and gentle like him, right? Just thought I would drop by and tell you just how cute me and Mom think you are.

Your mates, Dude and Trina look really cute and very well cared for too. You are lucky your mum gives you so many toys. We receive most of our toys from our DWB mates !!! Ours are always in the ER. Mum has a line up to fix at the moment. Your photos look pawsome too.
