Easter Weekend

Happy Easter everyone!

First, I will announce the movie star winner. Comet and BLU guessed correctly that the lady my mom was named after was Deanna Durbin. I'm sure lots of you haven't heard of her, but she was in many movies. She is a very pretty lady, and my mom looks nothing like her, but they do share a name.

Here are Comet and BLU, in case you don't know them.

Congratulations guys! You are super smart!

We have had a couple of nice surprises this week. The moms got a cheesecake in the mail! How crazy is that? Mom is from Chicago, and she says it is the best cheesecake ever. I wouldn't know, though, since I have gotten NONE!

Also, little Cubby got adopted! Yeah for him! He has a new big sister and a dad! Thanks, Legacy Boxer Rescue, for saving that little baby and finding him a home!

And for your Easter pleasure, I present Justine's puppies. They had a little Easter photo shoot. Linda, their wonderful foster mom, said it wasn't successful, but I think the pictures are cute as can be!

Oh my, look at that tiny boxer! What is cuter than a baby boxer? I know! A basket of baby boxers!

Deanna Durbin was a BIG star and a real beauty, at least according to our Mom. Chicago Cheesecake! Yummo! I bet the travel removes all the calories. What a fab gift.

Go Legacy. Another great adoption! Here's hoping the Easter Bunny gathers a home for those other cuties.

We knew that Grammie didn't have a clue when she make her guess. What a goof. We are looking forward to seeing the Cubby Art of Comet and Blu.
Cheesecake and baby boxers in the same post. How cool is that?
Peanut's mom has a screw loose. She would never move to Texas unless they get stationed there.
Happy Easter to all at your house.

How cute! I love the pictures of the baby boxers.

Did Cubby get a pit bull as a sister?

Thank you for the beautiful picture you sent us :) We haven't been blogging much cause mommy had surgery and is recovering.

Mom had corrective jaw surgery and dad is taking care of mom 24 7. Mom is doing alright she just has to be on a liquid diet for the next 6 weeks. Talk to you soon

We would love some of that cheesecake.

Thanks for the St Pattys card - our furless sister has claimed your photo and put it in her litle photo album that she looks at least 10 times a day!

Cheesecake! Puppies! Oh my! I hope you had a very nice Easter. Also, thank you for the St. Patrick's Day Card...my Mom swiped it away from me and posted it onto her bulletin board. She says you are the cutest little leprechauns she's ever seen.

Deanna Durbin was a HUGE star in the 1930s & 1940s. She still has a massive world-wide following. A big fansite is at this address:
