What could make someone leave such a gorgeous puppy to whatever fate had to offer? We saw a lovely collie shepherd cross today, brushed and shiny and well cared for, but running down the road looking lost. He ran off when we slowed the truck, but he clearly didn't know where he was. What to do in a situation like that?
