Now, mom has to go back once again to telling people that I was named after the littlest and cutest Mouseketeer, instead of the Cubs. There is a pall hanging over the house now, and all mom has left is to root against the Red Sox and the Yankees.
We did get to do some frolicking at Grammy's house, though. It was subdued frolicking, however.
We do have to say two claws up for Grammy's new glass front door. We spent a lot of time helping Dude keep watch. It's nice to be able to see the world go by.

Sorry about the Cubs. We don't follow sports, but I take it from your post that they aren't doing well. Maybe they will do better next year.

sorry that Mom's Dbacks had to go and ruin it for your cubs, BUT my Yankees are done too. At least one person in our house is happy!
Watching the world go by is great fun. I like to watch for cats and growl at them.

We were hoping it would end up being the Indians & the Cubbies in the World Series, but that might have caused the universe to explode. Since the Indians haven't won since 1948, maybe you could consider rooting for us?
It was a SAD day at our house also when the CUBS lost. I wonder if anyone could have beat the DBacks. I guess now we would like to see the DBacks and the Indians. I think you are cuter than that kid on the Mickey kouse Club.
